When operators are not next to the machine's control panel (for instance, when they are in their offices, other areas of the factory, or near the machine), they can control the machine through their smartphones, reducing the need for physical movement. The smartphone can be wirelessly connected to enable seamless operation. Any updates made to the mobile app's information by the operator will also be synchronized with Hartrol Premium's data.

1.Group the tools and assign the tool life for each group. When tool life is about to expire, replace the tool according to the pre-arranged order in that group, so that the machine can continue to operate without stopping due to the tool life reaching its limit.
2.When combined with an automatic tool length measuring device, if a broken tool is detected, the system will automatically replace it with the sister tool schedule in the tool life management for continued processing, without the need for manual tool replacement.
