Optimized structure design can enhance cutting stability and dynamic precision

1.The new slant beam design, effectively reduces vibration, enhance accuracy and surface sheet cleanliness during cutting.

2. Extra-large columns, the joint width between bottom of the column and the base increased to 1,250mm, effectively reduce overall vibration from cutting.

3. X-axis three linear guideways design for HSA-x28/x32/x36 series, and two guideway design for HSA-x23/x27/x212 series.

The X-axis three linear guideways design can be used to resist process rotation torsion and enhance rigidity by more than 50%. Moreover, the max. load of a workbench can be 30,000 kgs, thus allowing you to meet your processing needs and help you reach your accuracy and quality requirements.
