Turkish Agent Signs On-Site Order for HSA-527
Hartford, a global leader in machine tools, celebrated another milestone at EMO 2025 as its Turkish agent successfully signed an on-site order for the HSA-527 machine. This achievement highlights Hartford’s international competitiveness and the strong recognition of its products in the global market.
At this year’s exhibition, Hartford showcased its next-generation smart manufacturing solutions, built on 60 years of R&D expertise. Among the highlights was the HSA series of five-axis machining centers, renowned for their high rigidity and cutting precision. Key features include a patented Z-axis four-guideway, three-side restraint structure that boosts rigidity by 20%, and an in-house gear-type spindle capable of 8,000 rpm with runout controlled within 5 μm. The slant-beam design and extended column base significantly enhance cutting stability, while the X-axis three-guideway design improves torque resistance by more than 50%.
The HSA series also delivers high-speed performance through direct-drive transmission on all three axes, reducing backlash by over 30%. A nitrogen accumulator counterbalance system minimizes noise, lowers oil temperature by 50%, and improves energy efficiency by more than 20%. After experiencing the advanced machining capabilities of the HSA series firsthand, Hartford’s Turkish agent immediately confirmed the order for the HSA-527, demonstrating strong trust in Hartford’s technical expertise and brand value.
Hartford representatives emphasized that securing an order at such a prestigious international event is not only a recognition of the company’s long-term commitment to smart manufacturing, but also a symbol of new milestones achieved together with global partners. Looking ahead, Hartford will continue to uphold its core values of “Intelligence × Efficiency × Innovation,” providing the world’s manufacturing industries with the most advanced machining solutions.
